HR Only Customer  - Process payroll with ADP

We have employees assigned to Corporate (in Texas) but live in a different state. The system is creating 2 state W4s for such employees. We need the system to create only the work state W4

When attempting to delete the Indiana tax Record, the following error occurs.

APP-PAY-52296: You cannot delete this state tax rule because the employee's primary resident address is in this state.
