In R12.0.3, run the TCA API procedure HZ_CUST_ACCOUNT_SITE_V2PUB.UPDATE_CUST_ACCT_SITE to update territory_id for an existing customer and the following error is received:
No customer account site was found for ID xxxx.
It was verified that the ID exists and is active in table HZ_CUST_ACCT_SITES_ALL.
There is no issue when updating the Territory field manually for the IDs in question via the Customers form.
