APP-PO-14096 Error When Querying On Buyer In AUTOCREATE Form (Doc ID 1346725.1)

Symptoms


Oracle Applications 11.5.10.2

After applying <Patch 11814346>, users are no longer able to search on Buyer in the 'Find Requisition Lines' window of AutoCreate form. Searching on a Buyer results in the following:
APP-PO-14096: No requisitions meet your search criteria.
Cause: There are no requisitions or requisition lines that match your search criteria.
Action: Re-enter your search criteria with fewer or different parameters.

If the user performs a blind query, records are returned, including those
with Buyer equal to the value that was queried in the first case.

Steps to Reproduce:
Navigation: Autocreate
In the 'Find Requisition Lines' form, populate the Buyer field
Click on 'Find' button
Note pops up:
APP-PO-14096: No requisitions meet your search criteria.
Cause: There are no requisitions or requisition lines that match your search criteria.
Action: Re-enter your search criteria with fewer or different parameters.

Navigation: Autocreate
Clear all fields
Click on Find
Records are returned, including those with Buyer queried in the first case.
