Form:ARXTWMAI.FMB - Transactions
Transaction can be saved even when mandatory field Location is not populated with value. This situation arises when the customer used for the transaction does not have a defined Primary Bill To Site Use. This case also appears to apply to data upgraded from Release 11.5 because it is not possible to create a Customer without Primary Bill To Site Use in release 12.
Responsibility: Receivables User
Navigation: Transactions > Transactions
- Enter transaction without populating the mandatory field of location and address.
- Transaction can be saved but cannot be queried by the transaction number. You may get the errors:
FRM-40301: Query caused no records to be retrieved.
FRM-40350: Query caused no records to be retrieved.
- When query in database table RA_CUSTOMER_TRX_ALL, records exist.
