Users Unable to Delete 'In Progress' Appraisals in Employee Self-Service

Problem Statement:

Users receive an error when they try to delete in progress appraisals created by them in Employee Self-Service. User's press the delete button for an in progress appraisal in employee self-service:

You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance.

The only option for the user is to logout and the appraisal is not deleted, Also, when enabling diagnostics to get the actual full exception error output, the transaction completes with no error messages, and when diagnostics is disabled again the error returns.


Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Employee Self-Service

  2. Navigate to Appraisals
  3.  Click Delete Icon next to 'In Progress' appraisal
