Symptoms
After NLS Patch, form INVSDOIO.fmb is not generated successfully and the following error occurs.

Compilation errors have occurred.
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Apply NLS Patch as described in Note 252422.1 - R11i / R12 : Requesting Translation Synchronization Patches
- Recompile Forms
