Symptoms

After NLS Patch, form INVSDOIO.fmb is not generated successfully and the following error occurs.

ERROR

Compiling package body OPSM_ADD...
Compilation error on package body OPSM_ADD:
PL/SQL ERROR 49 at line 11, column 36
bad bind variable 'parameter.org_id'
PL/SQL ERROR 49 at line 11, column 36
bad bind variable 'parameter.org_id'
PL/SQL ERROR 49 at line 29, column 43
bad bind variable 'parameter.org_id'
PL/SQL ERROR 49 at line 50, column 7
bad bind variable 'parameter.org_id'
PL/SQL ERROR 49 at line 84, column 12
bad bind variable 'parameter.org_id'

Compilation errors have occurred.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Apply NLS Patch as described in Note 252422.1 - R11i / R12 : Requesting Translation Synchronization Patches
  2. Recompile Forms
