Currency Code Value Defaults Incorrectly. (Doc ID 1347521.1)

Using seeded defaulting rules.
Profile 'ICX: Default Currency' is set to Pound Sterling.

While creating a new Quote in the HTML UI,
  the currency field defaults to Pound Sterling as expected since there is no value defaulted for pricelist yet.
After the user selects a customer account,
  the pricelist field defaults from the customer account to a pricelist that is valid for USD currency only.

The UI still shows Pound Sterling in the currency field.

If the user clicks apply and saves the record,
the currency is now blank and the currency drop down ONLY shows the one currency valid for the price list (ie USD).

Expectation is that the value should change to US Dollar since the value in the pricelist field is valid only for USD.

If the pricelist is selected manually from the pricelist LOV,
the currency field will change as expected to USD (as the only value in the LOV).
