iStore setup with Punchout shows significant delay when trying to access the specialty site home page.

Loading site home page could take anywhere from 1 - 4 minutes or times out.
It is more frequent with increase in number of users on the system.



For this report, the iStore implementation had Punchout catalog from Peoplesoft eProcurement.
