Update Partner Contact In Oracle Partner Manager Throws Oaf Exception (Doc ID 1347930.1)

Symptoms


On : 12.1.1+ version,

When attempting to Update Partner contact, the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: This record in table hz_parties cannot be locked as it has been updated by another user.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
-> Channel Manager Dashboard
-> Under My Partners Click on any of the Partner
-> Click on update icon of any of the contact
-> This will navigate to /oracle/apps/pv/partner/webui/PartnerDetailPG page
-> Do any change the contact detail and then click on apply
-> Page throws the following error:
"oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: This record in table hz_parties cannot be locked as it has been updated by another user."
