Junk Data In SR Notes Created By Email Center With Chinese Characters In Email Body

Symptoms
On Email Center version 12.1.2
When attempting to send email from EMC with more than 1000 Chinese chars in the message body, the notes description section gets corrupted and shows junk characters.
Expected Behavior
The notes description section should not get corrupted. It should be showing all the details properly.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Create Auto-processing rules, setup email account.
2. Send mail to EMC. mail body contain more than 1000 Chinese character.
3. SR is created, junk codes in SR notes.
4. View original mails from interaction tab, no junk codes.
