Symptoms

On : 12.1.2 version,

When creating Service Request from eBusiness Center form the following error occurs.

ERROR:
-------
S_ServiceRequest_UTIL.Validate_Per_contact_Point_Id: The contact point is not valid.Please check the values of the following :party, contact point and contact point type"

Steps to Reproduce
====================
1. Open eBusiness Center Form > Query for Party
2. Click on Service Request Tab
3. Enter Details and Save

Get error.
