Symptoms
After upgrading database to 11.2.0.2 per note 881505.1, the sqlplus in 8.0.6 ORACLE_HOME produces a "Memory Fault"
Changes
Database was upgraded from 10g to 11g. Database character set was also changed during the upgrade.
