Drop Ship Partial Receipt Errs with RVTII-060 INV_TXN_MANAGER_PUB (Doc ID 1348288.1)

Symptoms


For Drop Ship order when attempting to do a partial receipt - the receipt is getting stuck in the Transaction Status Summary form with following error --

ERROR

Fails in OE_DROP_SHIPMENT
RVTII-060: Subroutine INV_TXN_MANAGER_PUB.process_Transactions() returned error
Cause: Subroutine INV_TXN_MANAGER_PUB.process_Transactions() returned an internal error.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Dropship order with qty 10.
2. Book and create Purchase order for the line.
3. Try to receive partial Qty from Purchase order.
