UWQ Not Updating Last Modified Date for Some Service Requests (Doc ID 1348328.1)

Goal

11.5.10.2+

Universal Work Queue (UWQ) / SR node

Customer reports that the 'Last Modified Date' is not showing expected dates/time even after refresh of the counts. This is seen when the SR has had a Note added via the UWQ form. It seems to take a few minutes for the last modified date to refresh this new date and time. If you update the Severity, Status or SR Type, it updates the last modified date immediately.
