How to resolve form generation issues following the application of <Patch:9781541> - SPOILED CHECKS STILL LEAVING INVOICES MARKED AS SELECTED FOR PAYMENT

The following forms are invalid after the patch:

oks forms/US OKSAUCVT.fmx
csc forms/US CSCCCCUS.fmx
oks forms/US OKSAUDET.fmx
csc forms/US CSCCCTSK.fmx
qot forms/US QOTHDDET.fmx
csc forms/US CSCCCCRC.fmx and CSXSRISR.fmb

All the errors are the same and are summarized as
