R12 Generic Data Fix (GDF) Patch for Manual Events Remaining U/U Even After Final Accounting (Doc ID 1348372.1)

Symptoms

Manual events created remains unprocessed status even after final accounting.
Any accounting period that has event_type_code = MANUAL in xla_events table with event_status_code and process_status_codes as U/U will not close.
The Create Accounting process will not pick these events up and process then so there is no workaround.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Log into Oracle applications using a subledger responsibility (for example, Payables responsibility)
   
2. Click on Accounting - Subledger Accounting - Journal Entries
   
3. Click on 'Create Journal Entry'
4. Enter the needed details on 'Header' and 'Lines' sections
   
5. Click 'Continue'
   
6. Choose 'Final' or 'Final and Post'
   
7. Click 'Finish'
   
8. Try to close the Payables accounting period for that accounting date from above manual journal created
9. Manual events created remains unprocessed status even after final accounting.
