Goal

When trying to update the Individual Owner of an SR in the Agent Dashboard ; the message is :
Warning
nullAPI Programming Error (CS_ServiceRequest_PVT.Update_SR_Validation) : The Owner and Resource Type have not been updated for this Service Request.

Why is that?
