Sales Order form Requires Fiscal Classification Code For Argentina (Doc ID 1348432.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.0.6 version, Transaction Entry
When attempting to save order line in sales order form,
the following error occurs.
This happens only for Argentina customer.
'Regional Localizations' DFF segment for JL.AR.OEXOEORD.LINES context has been disabled, but the error still shows up.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. using order management responsibility
2. open sales order form
3. enter new order line and save.

Due to this issue, users cannot enter order lines.
