Order Management Credit Card Payment Does Not Display Error Messages Properly - See Pop Up Note With ()

Order Management credit card payment does not display valid/useful error messages when order goes on hold due to credit card authorization failure for invalid credit card expiration date. 
Users receives pop up note with () however no reason is displayed.

Meaningful error code and reason in message is expected.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Order Management responsibility
2. Create OM order with payment type= Credit Card
3. Enter test card type Visa 4111111111111111
4. Enter invalid expiration date ex. 05/2011 or null value
5. Actions> Process Payment
6. Results: Note displays with () and Order goes on CC Auth failure hold
