Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Return Reason Code and Comments field on Order Line not staying populated after being saved in Orders Workbench.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect to see Reason and Comments populated for the Order Line after saving.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Responsibility: Order Management Super User
2. Navigate: Orders Workbench, Order Organizer -> Query credit order/with line -> Enter Return Reason and Comment
3. Notice Comment and Reason disappear on saving. Reason code for cancellation disappears.
