Last updated on FEBRUARY 12, 2020

Applies to:

Oracle Process Manufacturing Financials - Version 12.1.1 to 12.1.3 [Release 12.1]
Information in this document applies to any platform.
Executable:GMFXUPD - OPM Accounting Pre-Processor

Accounting events are missing or posted at zero value for Logical Intercompany Sales Returns when the Return is into an Expense Subinventory.

In this case the 'Logical Return' is invoked because the original Sales Order was booked in one Operating Unit and shipped from another.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. RMA Receipt
2. Logical RMA Receipt
3. Logical Inter-company Receipt Return
4. Logical Inter-company Sales Return
5. Run the OPM Pre-Processor.

Events 2 and 3 in the above sequence are accounted correctly - the problem occurs at the 4th event.
