Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Service Request Form
Actual Behavior
In Service Request form - Subject Tab - Contracts region the Service item is truncated on the left by one character.
Expected Behavior
The Service field should display all the characters of the Service Item
Steps to Reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Service Request
2. Select instance with active contract from install base
3. Go to Subject tab
4. See contracts section. Service item is truncated on the left by one character.
