Information in this document applies to any platform.
When attempting to complete item import after upgrade instance from 11i to R12,
the following error occurs.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgrade instance from 11i to R12.
2. Attempt to complete item import, but fails with error.
3. Error showed for items which already existed previously in 11i instance, and they can't be added organization successfully.
