Retropay Status Page Does Not Show All Retropay Entries (Doc ID 1349684.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement

The "RetroPay Status" page does not show all the retro entries as expected. When user run the actual Retropay (Enhanced) process, it does pick up all entries expected. Issue occurs when there are retro entries over MULTIPLE periods.
