Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
-------------------------
Employee and Contractor check boxes are unchecked by default when creating a vacancy.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
--------------------------
Expect Employee and Contractor check boxes to be checked

STEPS
----------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. iRecruitment Recruiter: iRecruitment home.
2. Click New Vacancy link.
3. In the Overview section, the check boxes for Employee and Contractor are not defaulting to checked.
