When an order release has pick up and delivery dates, shipments created from that release respect those dates during planning.
If the user runs a relay action at a middle location on the shipment using the Relay In Transit - Force action, OTM will take the end time from the original shipment and use that as the start time for the 2nd Relay Shipment. Typically in these scenarios there is a considerable time difference in hours or in some cases days where OTM should have started 2nd Relay shipment.
Note: If the same order that was originally planned only has an Early Pickup Date defined the Relay In Transit - Force action works as expected.
