Cannot Update 'Preferred' Flag for Contact Points in OCO (Doc ID 1350045.1)

In R12.1.3, users are unable to uncheck the 'Preferred' checkbox for a contact point (either telephone or email) in Oracle Customers Online (OCO).

After making the change and save it successfully, when requerying the record the 'Preferred' checkbox is still checked.

Steps to reproduce:
-Customers Online Superuser, N: Customers tab > Person subtab
-Query for a person
-Click on the link 'Contact Points' on the left hand side.
-Click on Update icon of the telephone that needs to be updated.
-In the Update Phone Number page, uncheck the 'Preferred' checkbox and click Apply.
-Receive confirmation saying the value has been updated.
-But the Preferred checkbox is still checked.
