Clicking on AutoFill Selection for Rate Record's Region Throws Error (Doc ID 1350138.1)

Symptoms


After creating a Rate Offering, a Rate Record is created using the Action -> Create Rate Record. Text is entered into the "Source Region ID" field and the auto-fill options are presented. When one of the options is selected, the system returns with the following error:
