Recent Timecard List Showing 'Transferred to' Status As 'None' After Upgrade (Doc ID 1350370.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading to HRMS RUP4 for 12.1.4 (<Patch 10281212>) and OTL Mandatory <Patch 12750845>, on the Recent Timecard list the 'Transferred to' column shows 'None', when in a non-upgraded environment the column shows 'Projects'.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect timecards to display the correct 'Transferred to' status.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Self Service Time Responsibility
2. Navigate > Recent Timecards
