Operating Unit Not Getting Changed When Selecting Transaction Source Or Receipt Method In Receivables (Doc ID 1350435.1)

Symptoms

Unable to change the operating unit from same responsibility even when security profile option is enabled.
You should be able to switch the different operating unit without changing the responsibility.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Define Security Profile for MOAC (Multi-Organization Access Control)
2. Run Security List Maintenance request
3. Assign Security Profile to Responsibilities

Due to this issue, users cannot create the transaction for different operating units from same responsibility
