IBAN Number Not Saved After Patch 11813194 (Doc ID 1350448.1)

Symptoms

After patch 11813194 users cannot save IBAN number.

When applying the IBAN number on the bank account on site level, the field is set to empty value after pressing "Apply" button.

Because of the missing IBAN number, users are not able to pay foreign customers.
