Symptoms

Concurrent request 'Create Assets: Interface Inventory Transactions to Oracle Assets' completes normally but the following errors can be seen in the request output file. There are two errors with same error message, for different transaction_ids.

CSE_PRIOR_TXN_PENDING

Prior transactions are in pending status for this item instance. Please process


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. (R): Asset Tracking Super User
  2. (N): Requests
  3. Submit request 'Create Assets: Interface Inventory Transactions to Oracle Assets'
  4. View Output file after program completes
  5. Above error will be displayed.
