ONC: Accounting Not Created When Client Not Null And Clearing Account not in LOV

Symptoms
On : 12.0.6 version, Acct'ing-Jounals,Accrual,Reval
Accounting not created for ONC when client is Not Null as you are not able to change Value for Settlement Method.
1. Enter a ONC deal with client field NOT NULL
2. Enter a transaction for the deal
3. Settlement Methods (Principal Adjustment, Interest Adjustment & Interest Freq) Cannot be changed
In Additional Tab on ONC Transaction:
1). Principal Adjustments: What ever value you may select it always defaults to:Direct to Cparty
(LOV Values: Clearing Account, Direct to Cparty, Not Applicable)
2). Interest: What ever value you may select it always defaults to: Direct to Cparty
(LOV Values: Clearing Account, Direct to Cparty, Not Applicable)
3). Interest Frequency: What ever value you may select it always defaults to: Monthly
(LOV: weekely, Monthy, Querterly, Semi annual, Yearly, at maturity)
4. This issue is preventing accounting creation for ONC deals where Client is not Null.
