Symptoms
While doing the RAC to RAC cloning for E-Business Suite, the Autoconfig on DB TIier is failing with below Errors:

AutoConfig could not successfully execute the following scripts:
Directory: /../app/oracle/product/11.2.0/db/appsutil/install/<sid>_<hostname>
afdbprf.sh INSTE8_PRF 1
ERROR:
ORA-12514: TNS:listener does not currently know of service requested in connect
