Service Contracts Launchpad Freezes (Doc ID 1350870.1)

On 12.1.3 instance find that the Launchpad freezes up sometimes.

The buttons and the menu do not respond to mouse clicks.

This might also be referred to as the form "hangs".

The user needs to close the application and login again to proceed.


The customer reported the issue on 12.1.3, it may occur on earlier 12.1 instances as well.
