When attempting to review funds available in the General ledger Funds Inquiry form, the results from Funds Inquiry on Summary do not match with Funds Inquiry on detail accounts.

- Steps to Reproduce -
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Funds Inquiry > Summary accounts
2. Funds Inquiry > Details accounts
3. Compare the results and note the difference
