Symptoms
On : 12.1.2 version, Asset Definition
When attempting to enter new asset number on the Define Asset Numbers, the following error occurs.
The error happens for all assets and is appearing in every instance.
ERROR

APP-FND-00005: Incorrect arguments were passed to user exit #MESSAGE_TOKEN "ENTITY1" API progamming Error (&API_NAME): Create Transaction API failed. The transaction ID parameter (84000) is invalid. N. Please correct the user exit call in your form exit.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Enterprise Asset Management
2. Navigation: Assets -> Asset Numbers
3. Enter new asset
4. Save and receive the above error
