Why is Task not Created When the Follow up Action is set to "Create Task" in Collections Agent User Interface?

From the Collections Agent User Interface (IEXRCALL), after completing an Interaction, you click on the Finish Interaction icon, this opens up the Wrap Up form (ASTCCCRC.fmb).
Here, you will enter - Follow Up Action: Create Task > Save.
When moving to Collections Tasks Tab, the new Task created above is not listed.
