R12: Cannot Search On Flexfield 3 On Customer Account Level In Universal Search (Doc ID 1351243.1)

Customer information flexfield has been setup for the customer standard screen.
Values are entered there in the flexfield segments and are stored in hz_cust_accounts.attribute1 etc.

In Collections Agent navigate to
Search , Tab 'Expanded search'
Customer by Account
in the lower region enter search value for the flexfield segments (eg Flex Field 1 for attribute1) you populated in the customer standard screen
==> nothing is returned.

Doing the same with view by Organization works fine.
