R12: AP/IBY: Separate Remittance Advice: Configuration xdodelivery.cfg not Working (Doc ID 1351368.1)

Symptoms

After migrating from 11i to R12, users devised their own framework to send email/fax remittance advise to Supplier.

Following the instructions on Note 804283.1, they were able to configure the "xdoconfig file", which will burst the file and generate PDF and store based on:

<property name="ds-temp-dir">/usr/tmp/pdf</property> in xdoconfig file.

But it looks like the Separate Remittance Advice is not looking at the "xdodelivery.cfg" file.
