Details

Oracle is announcing that Daily Business Intelligence (DBI), Balanced Scorecard (BSC), and Embedded Data Warehouse (EDW) will not be offered with E-Business Suite Release 12.2.

We will continue to support customers on Release 12.1.x, 12.0.x or older versions of DBI, BSC, and EDW as per Oracle's stated Lifetime Support Policies.

What do you need to do?

If you are considering or planning on a new implementation of any of the above products, or an upgrade of your E-Business Suite system, we suggest that you contact your account manager to discuss alternative products that will provide you improved reporting and analytics capabilities over those offered in DBI, BSC, or EDW.

Replacement Products

For the past five years, Oracle's investment in business intelligence and analytics has been focused around its strategic BI platform, Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) and the corresponding pre-packaged analytic applications known as Oracle BI Applications (OBIA). These products will continue to be the basis for rich, pre-built and pre-integrated analytics for Oracle's ERP and CRM customers, now including Fusion Applications.
