Symptoms
On : 12.1.1 version, Credit Management WorkFlow Processes
Attempting to create a new credit application for a party. When a second attempt is made for the same party before running the workflow process, the following error occurs:
ERROR ----------------------- ARCMGTAP workflow fails with error: Error Message User-Defined Exception Error Stack AR_CMGT_WF_ENGINE.GATHER_DATA_POINTS(ARCMGTAP, 123456, Unable to Generate Case Folder, Unable to create case folder DATA records forparty id 123456 Cust Account Id -99 Cust Account Site Use Id -99 Sql Error ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows) Wf_Engine_Util.Function_Call(ar_cmgt_wf_engine.gather_data_points, ARCMGTAP, 123456, 123456, RUN)
