Why is the following error message received in the Asset Groups screen, EAMITMDF, when trying to save a new asset group. (same error may occurr also in Asset Number definition form - EAMFANDF):

Insert procedure failed with the following error message 22

The issue can be reproduced with the followings steps:
1. Navigate to Enterprise Asset Management>Assets>Asset Groups
2. Attempt to add a new group and save
3. Observe the error
