Goal
Applies to OTM 6.0 and higher
When calculating Shipment times (Pickup, Delivery, etc...), OTM utilizes a small optimization tool to determine the best times that achieve the user defined goals.
As this optimization is done outside of the application itself, this is not directly logged to the application logs. Intead, OTM creates a CSV file with all the parameters used for the optimization and writes out this file name and location to the logs for reference.
In some cases, it becomes necessary to collect this file from the OTM Application Server in diagnosing service time calculation problems.
This note provides the instructions for collecting this file, to be further analyzed by OTM Development.
