Symptoms
If the number of child records exceed 1000 on any view or edit screen, these child records will not be displayed on the screen. As an example, if an invoice has more than 1000 lines, the invoice view and invoice edit screens will not display any rows for the invoice line items and will throw the below message. This number (default 1000) is controlled by a new app server property, glog.query.limit.max.
The number of records returned (xxx) has exceeded the maximum configured limit of 1000.
NOTE: xxx is the number of returned records.
