Symptoms
When attempting to perform Parts Return in Field Service Technician Portal (FSTP), the following error occurs.

STEPS

1. (R) FSTP or Field Service Administrator Portal > Parts Return
2. Excess/Defective Parts Search
3. Click Parts Return and search for Defectives
4. Enter return details. (Returning into a different Inventory Organization from the Field Service engineer)
5. Click Return button.
