ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Information template does not appear when creating requisition in iProcurement. This occurs intermittently when the setup is correct.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to iProcurement Catalog Administration
2. Create Smart Form
3. Create Information Template
4. Assign Information Template to Smart Form
5. Assign Smart Form to Store
6. Navigate to iProcurement
7. Click on the Store
8. Cannot find information template
