Unable To Create A Service Item In Inventory, Unable Select Template (Doc ID 1353431.1)

When attempting to create a Service Item in Inventory, errors are shown when trying to select a Template in Service Contracts Region.

FRM-41830 List of Values contains no entries

FRM-40212: Invalid value for field COVERAGE_SCHEDULE_MIR


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Use Inventory Responsibility or any other responsibility to open the Master Item window.
  2. Open Master Item window.
  3. Create Item.
  4. Check the Service tab.
  5. Cannot select a Template in Service Contracts Region.
