Symptoms

In a Purchase Order Contract Terms, when attempting to preview some Clauses which have been imported from MS Word, the following error occurs.

Steps
1. Open a Standard Purchase Order and navigate to the Contract Terms.
2. Click on Terms & Conditions.
3. Select the Clause for which we need to preview the terms & click on it.
4. Click on the Preview button.
5. System displays error: You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance. Click here for exception details.
