Symptoms
On : 11.5.10.2 version,
When attempting to mass update job details like Material sub inventory/Locator through open interface, the following error occurs.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Insert data into WIP_JOB_DTLS_INTERFACE
2. Run the WIP Mass Load Program
3. Data errors out the above error message
